How to Check If Your Vitamins Work
There are two methods that will verify that your vitamins work like they are supposed to, and they are as follows;
1) Biophotonic scan
2) Form test
Form Test:
By far, the BEST and most accurate test is the Form Test. In this test you are taken required to give blood samples in which a few drops of blood are placed in a vial where the blood cells are separated into two different ones, being the white and red by the centrifuge process. This then is sent for analysis and two minutes later you know what the antioxidant level is in your blood.

I HIGHLY recommend you to take the Form (the system made by Callegari S.p.A ,an Italian firm) test ,sometimes it's not so easy to find a anti aging clinic in your city which offers the Form test,BUT ,if you ask me ,its worth
even driving to another city (unless you can find a anti aging doctor which will direct you to a full blood test ,but regular family doctor will not help here)
,if your body is in oxidative stress ,YOU WANNA KNOW IT ,take some actions and reduce this oxidative stress ,chronic oxidative stress promotes cell destruction in the long term as well is carcinogenic effects ,sometimes ,reducing the exposure to pollution \ EMF radiation can reduce the oxidative stress ,in case your result in the first Form test will point on oxidative stress you will need tp take at least 2 Form tests ,the BEFORE & AFTER ,before to analyse the level ,the AFTER will be taken after
you will carry out some changes in your life in order to eliminate\reduce the oxidative stress ,
i think that taking fort test is using the power of the science !
Pros: VERY ACCURATE, professional and a scientific-based test
Cons: VERY EXPENSIVE, 70 euro =100 USD
Biophotonic Scan :
Simple to take and no blood sample is needed. You just fill some forms and then put your finger in a small analysis machine that scans your tissue in a unique way. This test will check the current cartooned level in your skin.
Pros: CHEAP, 5 euro =7 USD, no blood taken, gives a nice clue
Cons: Not as accurate as form test
