Technology has surely advanced over the years and has changed the way we live nowadays. Modern times have brought with them “processed foods” and although these are well known for being convience foods, are they really healthy for you? A good start with raw organic snacks such as dried Goji berries (the perfect snack) or  some fresh organic fruits!
