How i have lost 132 pounds !
This is my personal story (in short brief) and how i have lost 132 pounds ,please
read my disclaimer before you continue to read (im not a doctor and this will not replace medical advise) :
I will start with which food to avoid ,since i know avoiding those foods might be harder then imagine
you must stop consuming theme GRADUALLY ! that means that if you used to eat white wheat products such as
pizza etc ,DONT STOP EATING theme ,just cut the amount in 90% ,they are not foods thus you must limit theme
TO RECREATIONAL USAGE ONLY ! means if you see a slice of pizza - eat only 10% max max 15% of it .
another issue...which sometimes is hard for most of us...is to admit that food addiction (or over weight ,name it how
ever you want) is very VERY similar to hard drugs addiction...until you will not admit it and understand with what
you face with you will definitely will have no chance to loose weight !!! in order to defeat the enemy you
must first know him very well (vert very very)
food and habits that helped me to LOSE 132 POUNTS IN 3 YEARS !

foods and habits to avoid :
1)white wheat products and bakery (pizza ,patisserie,bagels ,etc)
3)corn syrop\white sugar
3)diet sweeteners
4)soda pop which contains suger\sweetners other then BROWN SUGAR (treat theme as liquid candy)
5)every food which comes from cans (canned foods) any food which contains preservatives (including E-220)
6)non organic food ,if you cannot afford 100% organic foods try consume 70%-80% organic
7)municipal water - we want your mind 100% bright so you will be able to pass this hard process
8)restaurants and fast food \ foods which contains MSG - both restaurants and fast foods use msg which will break your
diet since the boost it gives to tastes (taste improver)

foods and habits to adopt :
1)go to psychological treatment ,at least to 15 meetings ,most chances it will help you to pass the process more
comfortably ,the loosing weight process is long and amusing ,this kind of support will raise your chances to achieve
your goal which is lose weight and maintain healthy body and mind
2)move gradually (slice it to a 1 year) to whole wheat products ,you want pizza !? sure ,eat it with whole wheat flour
and organic tomato sauce (Easy to make at home) and organic 100% real cheese ,same goes to bread and bakery
pick up only organic whole grain breads ,if you can pick the ones which enriched with at least 4 kind of grains
3)start make sport ! start with aerobics ! make daily walks across your neighborhood ,every day at least 20 min
in the winter you better do that at the gym or buy a indoor device which also suitable for running ,the best
situation and the most recommended is to take a private lesson from your gym trainer ,in aerobics
and fitness ,you must do it right and safe ,in most cases 95% of the people will do fitness exercises wrong
which eventually might end up causing damage
4)maintain relax lifestyle ,learn to meditate ,read books about spiritualism !! 1 book every month
but dont skip pages ! read it untill the end ,even if you will not agree with 80% of the ideas you will read about
(like me) still it will enrich you mind and will help you become illuminated and thus lose weight
i will add more tips and issues (oh lord there is so many) during this week ,i might also add some before and after pics... we will see about that ,havnt decided yet
