There are several reasons why a person should quit smoking and one of the reasons are once you
are addicted you are a slave to the taste. Smokers = slaves to the feel of the nicotine going through your
system and has been compared to the addiction of a person who is hooked on heroin.

with crushed lungs and in a pressure tank for 48 hours!

4. You Would Not Smell So Terrible – A smoker smells of cigarettes; all the time. No matter what deodorant you use, you would still smell of cigarette smoke. It is often that your breath too, would be invaded by this smell, which is definitely not at all pleasant. Are you still searching for a reason to quit smoking?

5. Improve Your Sex Life - Quit smoking improves your sex life, especially if you are a man, the blood flows much better!
